Edge delivery for static sites. Simple, effective, cheap.

CloudFront is AWS's CDN. For static sites backed by S3, it provides global edge delivery with SSL, custom domains, and cache invalidation. CloudFront Functions handle routing logic at the edge — we use them for SPA routing and redirect rules.

The cost is negligible for most websites. Combined with Route 53 for DNS and Certificate Manager for SSL, you get a complete hosting stack that's fast, secure, and costs pennies per month.
