Claude Skills

Claude Skills are project-level prompt templates that extend Claude Code with domain-specific capabilities. Define a skill once — article writing, change management, test execution — and invoke it with a slash command. The skill carries the context, constraints, and workflow that would otherwise need repeating every session.

The compounding effect is significant. Each skill encodes team knowledge — coding standards, architectural patterns, writing voice — into a reusable artefact. New team members get the same quality output as experienced ones. We use skills for article drafting, OpenSpec workflows, E2E testing, and commit management across all projects.
