Angular

Angular is a capable framework with a loyal community. It's also the heaviest option for building SPAs, with a learning curve that doesn't justify itself against React or even Vue.

Dependency injection, RxJS, modules, decorators, and a custom CLI — Angular requires developers to learn Angular before they can be productive. React requires developers to learn JavaScript. The ecosystem, hiring pool, and library availability all favour React. If you have an existing Angular codebase, maintain it. For new projects, there's no compelling reason to choose it.
